Cons: The price and quality of the car was excellent. The only thing I wish was different is, it would have been nice if the car had a CD player in it. However, if having no CD player is what it takes to rent the car at the price I paid, then please forget I ever mentioned it.

This was my worst experience in car rentals I have ever had - ALL BAD
Pros: Nothing - a waste of my time
Cons: The website was a complete wast of my time and the rental and insurance information was misleading and false.

Put the Service back in Customer Service!
Pros: Convenience of our local rental office was very nice. Car, a Kia Optima, was a free upgrade from the Focus (or similar) I reserved. Drop off was quick and relatively painless. Able to add collision/comprehensive coverage on the car which isn't usually covered by personal insurance these days. So that was affordable and convenient.
Cons: No mention, prior to arrival, that Ace was Mayfair Rent-A-Car. Confusing. Booked the rental through Kayak and got a pretty decent rate of $165 for 4 days. Someone needs to give customers a list of the documentation they need to bring to check the car out! I never needed to add insurance to a car rental before. Used to travel more and had bumped up personal insurance that took care of that. Because my Proof of Insurance was in my own car, which was in the shop, I didn't have it on me. Agent said "no problem" and added FULL COVERAGE to my contract--but didn't explain that to me. Had she, we would have gone back to retrieve the documents rather than pay $45 PER DAY for the insurance. I brought the proof back in 2 days later and another agent waived insurance for the rest of the contract. (When I initialed the insurance section, I was under the impression it was for the collision damage I purchased online--it wasn't) When I brought the car back, the agent charged me for the full 4 days of insurance (which ended up being more than the car rental!) and she had to backtrack and credit 2 days' worth. Also, they gave me a DIRTY car. Front end covered in bugs, interior dusty and not vacuumed. Not sure I'd use this firm again.

Great car, easy process
Pros: - Easy to book online the night before I needed the car
- Able to drop off outside of their regular hours of operation
- Great car for the price (got upgraded for free because they didn't have the class of car I ordered)
- Quick, friendly service
- Just a really easy process!!
Cons: - Seemed like there was paperwork I had to duplicate when I picked up (info I had already filled out online)
Pros: I forgot how nice it was to be picked up and dropped off when renting a car. Made it possible for me to pick it up earlier in the day and have everything packed before my husband got home. If we went with a regular company I would have had to coordinate with my husband's schedule so we could drive together. Plus Enterprise was right down the road from our home.

Pros: The guys at Enterprise were so nice and friendly. The truck was clean and ready. It didn't take long to process. Would rent from here again.

Pros: I had to move up my rental time an hour which was no problem and then returning the car I returned it an hour later than planned due to road conditions but they have a 1 hour leeway so wasn't charged an extra day which I was happy about.
Cons: You don't find out which car you get until you arrive but it was a Hyundai Sonata and got 35 mpg which was fantasic.

Ross is not a boss!
Pros: I liked Gerald who came to the rescue was very nice and attentive. Thank You
Cons: I did not like Ross, he was rude and did not have customer service skills. I believe that he is racist.
