Rented a Car for Road Trip

Only one driver
Pros: Good customer service and prompt attention, vehicle clean.
Cons: The value $165 for the week was very competitive but only one person allowed to be the driver. Therefore my wife could not drive too.

Pros: My car would not start at all. Call the emergency # the guy came within 30 min. He also had no idea what was wrong, until he took bolts out of battery n jump start it. Then I told the lady at hertz if I could get some type of discount because of the car trouble. She didn't even care. Just gave me receipt and said have a nice day.

Great, with one exception
Pros: Very easy process in and out, not the usual hassle of being upsold everything under the sun before getting into the car.... the car itself was clean although the rear wiper had a plastic covering on it... i rented a midsize SUV and it was a 2017 Jeep Compass, actually a very nice ride and decent on gas for a Jeep! I was overall happy with my experience and would consider renting from them again.
Cons: The only drawback was the oil change light alert was on from the outset and the car was only 3/4 full on gas. I really hope they make a concerted effort to maintain their vehicles, it's new so it wouldn't be too bad if it was a little past the mileage but it did make me uncomfortable knowing it needed an oil change the entire week I was driving it...

Do not recommend this location
Pros: Good price
Cons: The GUY who was helping Us was so mean and arogant.it was ridiculous.he was yelling at all of the costumers they were at the location at this time.he was unable to answer any of my questions, he told me to call 1800 number so i spend over an hour just to pick up the car

Quick and easy
Pros: Booked and picked up car same day, easy drop off.
Cons: Was a little pricey but I think thats because I booked it last minute.
