Car was a lemon
Pros: Staff were kind.
Cons: The car was on its last legs. Scratches up and down the sides - shook at highway speeds. Looked under it and wind fairings were coming off presumably from prior misuse. Overall a car that should not have been rented out and made it evident that extensive checks of the vehicles are not conducted prior to sending customers out with them.

HONDA CAMRY !!!
Pros: We liked the Honda Camry VERY MUCH !! WE DROVE IT FOR 18 DAYS AND TRAVELED 1,385 MILES. IT RAN WELL AND WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. IT WAS CLEAN AND FULL OF GAS. THE ONE EXCEPTION IS LISTED NEXT IN THE DISLIKES.
Cons: WHEN WE GOT TO WESTERN TEXAS, I WAS PULLED OVER BY THE POLICE FOR TRAVELING TOO FAST. WHEN I EXPLAINED OUR CIRCUMSTANCES, THE PATROLMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS !!! HE LEANED INTO THE CAR AND SHOWED US VERY QUICKLY HOW TO OPERATE THE CONTROLS. WE USED IT SUCCESSFULLY AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY AFTER THAT!!!!!
THANKS VERY MUCH FOR HAVING A NICE CLEAN CAR READY TO BE PICKED UP VERY LATE (about 10 PM)

Stayed late
Pros: The agent stayed late until I got there late Friday night.
Cons: My only complaint is the higher than normal prices for The weekend.

Little Car for a day
Pros: The car was a good deal and gave me no problems. I would have preferred it had a better music system but it drove just fine and got good mileage.
Cons: The employee at the counter was very slow, and there was only one employee that I could see working that shift. So I was not impressed at all by the service at pick up.

Pros: Condition of vehicle
Cons: Attitude of woman at desk on return. Curt, almost argumentative-- defensive at a minimum. Clearly unhappy to be there.

Pros: The price quoted was excellent
Cons: Our flight arrived several hours late.
It was a long walk in from the plane to the rental counter.
As I approached the counter at 5 minutes to midnight, the agent turned her back, went through a small door at the back of the counter area, closed it and left for the night.
Thanks so much.
I was able to get a car from Avis, but at a higher price.
Beat the heck outta walking!

Easy to change with Budget
Pros: A flight delay caused me to arrive a day late and from overseas. Budget easily changed the reservation via skype.

Pros:
Staff was very kind and helpful at 2nd BR location despite my concern about the incorrect/surprise fee, and advised me on my best options. I phoned the original booking office and was told my reservation could not be found and I would be charged due to to different return point. I persisted that I had booked that way from the start and was given the full cost at the time. Eventually my reservation was found, verified that it was indeed booked from the start with a different drop-off point, and the $40 fee was returned to my card. Staff at 2nd BR location was patient with the conversation and pleased with its outcome on my behalf.
Cons: Location most convenient to me (within 3 miles) refused to drop off upon return when I called to check if they had available drop-offs at that time, said they were not the correct location for my area and that was that. Arrived at closer location in time for return, was told I would be charged additional $40 fee due to returning to different location than booked, despite booking having included different drop-off location and original pickup having given instructions to drop off at ANY location within the city booked for return.
