Pros:
The drop off was not easy at all. Was able to pick a time slot to drop off the car at 6pm not knowing the location actually closed at 4pm. Staff did not tell us the procedures for the after hours drop off. My husband went all the way there, then had to come back and we had to call the Enterprise help line to have them tell us how to drop off the car after hours.Cons:

Staff was friendly and despite my booking the wrong day, let me rent the same truck for the same price.Cons:
This is just all Enterprise Car Rental's in general, but they don't require the person returning the car to fill the gas tank to the top and just bring it back the way it was. I always find that harder to do.8.0 Very good

I LOVED my rental, an expidition max. Delightful to drive.Cons:
The car wasn’t ready on time. Securing my rental investment loved a call the day before, to ensure that I did, in fact, want what I’d reserved. And then, when I arrived, on time for my rental, it wasn’t there, it wasn’t in transit, and I had to wait 1.5 hours to be transported to a different location to get a suitable vehicle.8.0 Very good

My car smelled like smoke , mentioned this at pick up and the attendant said He did not smell anything, but I’m very sensitive to smoke and it causes a migraine. Also my price was double what I was quoted!!7.6 Good

Final Price was much more than advertised. I had to wait 43 min to get my car, it was reserved for 10:00 am, got it at 10:43. I was charged extra time that wasn't included in reservation price. I was charged for under 25 fee PER DAY. I thought I was paying a little over $200 for the rental, and I paid over $300. For 2 days.Hertz
