Horn didn't work, windshield wipers didn't work. Car suddenly ran out of gas despite saying it had 40 miles left. Agent seemed uninterested in the issues we had.

Counter was closed. Went to booth in parking garage (freezing weather to review paperwork). Car was ready and clean. Tailgate closure was broken (part on order). Wish the car would have had heated seats in winter climate. Dropoff was easy and fast.

The Rogue SUV had a very smooth ride and since I did a lot of driving, that was important. One downside on the car was that the automatic lift on the trunk didn't work. Since the trunk lid was heavy, not having the auto lift was a pain. The person at the drop-off was friendly and helpful.

They didn’t have the car I reserved and tried to give me an suv or pickup when I wanted a car with good fuel economy. They did end up giving me a car it was fine 2 gal of gas once I got to Lincoln and dropped off the keys.

They tried charging more by adding insurance and extra fees with my knowledge and explaining the contract I was in hurry so quickly made me sign and I was on the way until I got back to return the car that’s when I found the extra free being charged but great service by refunding it back with any questions or issues

There were only 2 reps checking people in. It took over 30 minutes in line to get to a gentleman that could help me. ( He was very nice). There were at least 5 people at the kiosk at the car pick up rental level standing around. The lady checking people out at the gate, could have cared less to help anyone. She was on her phone. When I pulled up she said find the email and scan the code. I was not getting cell reception so I had to ask her how else I could get the code she was bothered and said check your text messages. Then went right back to being on her phone. The car that I ended up with had multiple small inconvenient issues. Side driver mirror didn’t adjust. The key fob was missing the front half. The key fob battery was also almost dead. I had to hold the key against the start stop bottom to get the car to start. The gentleman that checked me back in never asked how the car was only that he needed to get the mileage and then I was good to go. There was no one else checking in at the same time I checked in. Overall I was glad to have the rental car, but the rental experience has a huge amount of improvement that needs to be done.
