Pros:Everything was seamless.
Pros:Enterprise had great customer service
Cons:The Nissan versa was a horrible car for a long roadtrip and not what I wanted. Handling was very poor on the highway as the whole car shakes. The cruise control did not work and there was greasy fingerprints on the inside of windshield. Very disappointed with the car and I reserved a midrange Mitsubishi and all they had was Nissan versas. I plan on upgrading to a better vehicle for the trip back

Cons:I really did not like the fact that the deposit fee was not communicated to me once I booked online. Also with that the fee differs based on the type of credit/debit card you are using. Also the person who was checking me in for my rental told me I could not use my own auto insurance & I had to use theirs. Which I thought was incorrect & was so coincidental that the cost of their insurance equaled out to the $200 deposit. Plus the car they gave me smelled like a carton of cigarettes. I would advise people to do their research on the individual rental places so you will be informed & wont get taken advantage of when you go to pick up your rental. Needless to say I only kept the car one day & went with a much more organized & reasonably priced rental car company the next day.
Pros:The staff was extremely nice, accommodating and professional. When I got stuck in traffic and was late getting back they were still in the office even though it was closing time and didn't charge me for an extra day. I would definitely go back there again. The customer service was excellent!
Cons:The website said they opened at 7:30 am but no one answered the phone until 8:00 am when I called them for a pick up. Once I did reach them at 8, I was told that the driver didn't arrive until 8:30 am. The car could have been cleaner. They ran it through some water and rinsed it off but you could tell in had not actually been washed.

Cons:our reservation has been made ONE MONTH in advance - none of the cars were available on pickup day - we had to make new reservation with different pickup location (40 minutes drive!!!)
Cons:I wasn’t sure if I’d actually get a car. I booked my car after Hertz had closed the day before a holiday and it doesn’t seem that their stock of cars was updated and communicated to Kayak. In the end it worked out but I was left to wonder, given a high number of requests for cars from this location

Cons:Car was not available when we arrived. It had no gas and dirty inside & out when we were given keys. never given return instructions

Cons:First car had a defective key (and got stranded) and an empty windshield wiper fluid tank. Not great when on the highway. We got a new car because they could not change the key, had to go over the whole process of paperwork, checking scratches etc again. The second car was dirty, both inside (smelling of smoke plus Febreze, yukky large spots on front seat) and outside: first thing we did was clean the outside mirrors. Checked windshield wiper fluid again: empty! Asked for a different car: none available, except in a different class, and apparently this was not a reason for an upgrade. In addition, the 2nd car was less comfortabel than the 1st. Oh, and, this is the first time that the driver's name had to match the name on the credit card, even if the owner of the credit card is present and can identify himself!
Cons:The wait for the car put me into a time crunch. The car that they brought was old and dirty, windows so dirty I didn't feel safe driving. The representative did apologize for the dirty car. The next day I was able to barely squeeze a few moments into my day to return the car for an exchange. Again, the wait was so long, I was time crunched again. The car this time was newer, reeked of cigarette smoke, had just over 1/2 a tank of gas, and had windshields so coated with smoke residue that I had to stop to buy some window cleaner. When I returned the car, the only adjustment they made was to waive the tax on the rental price.
Cons:A 50% mark up from one day to the next was unbelievable. If I could have moved my travel plans I would have.

Pros:The staff member was too busy and should take other customers instead of completing the transaction. And she did not have the car we requested but would down grade the car choice and you're to charge a lot to upgrade.
Cons:The customer service at this location is not good.
Cons:They did not have the convertible I'd reserved, and seemed surprised I even expected one from this location. The car I got was damaged (rusted scratches) and had the "Needs Maintenance" light glowing.
