They refused to give me a car. I am not US citizen, so my credit card is not from US bank. First of all receptionist was trying to refuse because of absent of the insurance. The problem was solved only after I pointed that I already bought insurance in your site. After that we faced with problem of my foreign driver's license. And again I had not got any help from rent-a-car service: the receptionist said that she could do nothing - as before, when we discussed insurance. But I could not solve this problem by myself. So eventually I had not received car from this service. I have to say that I received a car this day from Avis without big problem.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I cancelled my rental. In order for me to use my bank card that is associated with my checking acct and is in my name they had to run a credit check and base on my credit score it will let them know if I could use it! A bunch of BS! I went to Nextcar rentals on Baughmans Ln and had Absolutely no issues using my bank card and my deposit was only $150 not $250, so I saved over $200 and the rental was nice!2.0 Poor

Car was reserved over a month in advance. No car was available at time of pick up. Owner upgraded for free but because my rental was over 30 days he was unable to give originally agreed price for entire trip. Waited until I was stares away to give me a hard time and told me car had too many miles etc. we had unlimited miles and in the end he charged us more than the agreed cost. Very disappointed and not satisfied with this location. Will never use again.6.0 Okay

They matched the cheaper price I found online after some encouragement on my part. The car I got was good.Cons:
The car itself was onlly half full with gas which was not great for me who just wanted to get from A to B fast. Nobody at the office when I walked in, took a while for the only employee to come back. They should have uniforms (saves staff wearing silver belt buckles that have turned rusty...it just looks like you're not paying people a lot) and was so laid-back it took me quite a while to actually get the car when I was really only renting it to save time and to get to my destination faster. Other people got annoyed when he disappeared dealing with my car, saying "where did he go to!?!". I needed a car to go to a very major city and asked for advice on where to drop it off, given that I am foreign. I expected him to be able to look up where Hertz drop off-places in that city are and to show me but that was not the case. It took him a while to get his phone out to do some research for me. I wish he'd be more creative and enthusiastic to put in some research on the best prices in the area, the possible drop-off locations etc I also had to show him online prices from a third party site for him to research if he could match that price, i.e. give me a much cheaper rate- which he could, no problem. I wish they'd do that as a default. Having said that, he was helpful and nice, just taking his time doing so.4.4 Mediocre

The car had AWD which was nice.Cons:
The size SUV that I reserved (months prior) was not available as they overbooked. They gave me something smaller but still charged the same price. The car was dirty- seats stained, dirt/dust all over, trash in the seats. This was during COVID-19 when cleaning standards are supposed to be even higher than usual. Windshield wipers were a safety hazard and I almost had to replace them like the last Enterprise car I rented. I will not rent from this Frederick Enterprise, or any Enterprise, again.3.6 Poor

The size SUV that I reserved was not available, so I was put into something smaller but still paid the same price. The car was NOT clean- stains on the seats, dust/dirt visible, trash in the seats.
