Cons: I didn't use the rental because they didn't have anymore cars available. I called next car customer service 5 times to get refunded and no one ever picked up . I am infuriated! Will never use again! Absolute bad company and worthless customer service!!!!!

Pros: Got a great deal for a four-weekday rental, close to my home. I was in and out in ten minutes.

Unwarranted charges made on my card without notifi
Pros: Lowest price on Kayak. It's for a reason... they charged me a third beyond the rental price after dropping it off!
Cons: A few days after dropping off my rental, an additional $50 charge appeared on my card. I called about this, and was told the charge came from "cleaning charges." I know this to be FALSE as I took photos and videos of the interior and exterior of the car at drop off. However, they have so far refused to address me, giving me the call-center run around to a dead line. Maybe they think people won't go to the trouble to dispute their unwarranted $50 charges, but in this case they are wrong.
I consider this to be dishonest behavior in a company and do not suggest doing business with them.

Don't return late
Cons: They sock you with an $86 daily rate if you don't return before closing, which is not specified in the contract.

Cons: They car broke down. The car was poorly taken care of. Had to change the wipers myself

Don't go there. It's not worth it!
Cons: The business doesn't appreciate customer satisfaction at all. They didn't have our car ready at the time of our reservation. We had to wait for 2hrs 30 minutes, which made our experience by far the worst. The manager never apologized and the representative refused to have us talk to him to ask about a possible discount. Car was also poorly maintained; dirty carpets, it wasn't vacuumed, had a foul smell in the AC.

Dirty budget car
Pros: I couldn't find a better price
Cons: Car was covered with bird droppings. One was on rearview mirror. When I mentioned this to manager, he said, that bird do this all the time, like it is ok to give dirty car to customer.

Pros: Car was as booked - Dodge Caravan.
Drop-off was very easy.
Office was open on Sunday, when many other neighborhood rental locations were closed
Cons: I was surprised to find the middle row was captains' chairs, rather than bench chairs. This meant total capacity was only 7, and we were a little crowded with three adults in the back row.
I found a receipt in the glove compartment, showing the previous renter paid $60 daily rate, whereas I paid $79.

Pros: The guy as a helper at the door was very nice(latino guy) and help full, he was there before 730 am
Cons: The attendent should be at the work at 7;30 I was waiting untill 8;20 untill she showd up and I missed my meetimg a big time, what do you thinking?

Great customer service
Pros: Flexibility to return the car at nearby location. Very reasonable rates for a compact rental.
Cons: Somehow the Avis system couldn't process the rental for more than 30 days even though I was able to book the car online for more than 30 days. This caused a problem and delayed me when I dropped off the car.
