Pros:

We got there 10 minutes before they officially opened and they rushed to help us anyway. The exact car was not available but they had two other cars with 7 seats and gave us the option to choose the larger but wait 20-30 min until it was cleaned or get into slightly smaller with the same number of seats.

Pros:

Easy pick up and easy drop off, was a day late on dropping off so I'll wait to see what additional charges may be applied. Desk person said just another day of rental would be due which would be fair.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly for pick-up at the Provo Airport. We dropped off the car to the Louisville Airport rental parking lot and left the key in the car; we did not end up meeting any staff during our drop-off process. It was a brand-new 2020 Chevy Malibu with awesome tech updates, making it very easy to use our maps phone app, music, and more!

Cons:

We paid Kayak $11.00 a day for insurance, and ended up paying additional insurance through Hertz, because we were unaware that the $11.00 a day would not cover what we were hoping it would cover.
