A bit of a line up. A small operation with 4 cruise ships in town. Car, and information given was great. I highly recommend driving to Whitehorse if you have at least 8 or 9 hours.( can be done in 7 hours) Very scenic drive.National

The pickup/dropoff was so easy, partly because I was the only customer at any of the counters. The agents were pleasant and helpful. The car (Ford Focus) was adequate for the class of car we chose.Cons:
The price seemed high compared to other rentals we've had over the years in other places. Could be because everything in Juneau is expensive. It was the least expensive of the options in Juneau, and was adequate for our needs. There's not a lot of distance to cover around there, so fitting 5 adults into a Ford Focus worked for us this time.10.0 Wonderful
