Being able to rent the car I reserved. I arrived only to find they had rented my reservation out to somebody else. A waste of time and poor professionalism9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
Overall the rental was nice, the only minor issue I had and it was probably due to high volvume, but the inside was not necessarily the cleanest but for what we needed it suffices. I usually get top notch from enterprise so I won’t fault them for this one transgression. I’d use them againApollo Car Rentals

I liked the fact that the office was very near to my home.Cons:
I did not like the insurance offered online when I made the reservation. Found out it was a third party insurance company. Ended up losing out on that and still paid a bit more for insurance from the company itself. Then I wished that they have somekind of shuttle service, I had to find a ride to their office.Budget

The drop off went very smooth. The car got excellent gas mileage, which was a concern since I received an upgrade. It turned out ok.Cons:
When picking up the car, there were many people there to pick up cars that were not available. Some how, the location was overbooked. While waiting to get my car ( I was one of the lucky ones) there was a heated argument between a customer and the manager. It was a very bad scene.6.8 Okay

They wouldnt rent after doing a credit check even though I had prepaid. My money still has not been returned and I had to find another car rental which i did but they kept my $300 dollars so far and it's been a week still no refundCar rental locations in or near South Hill
