It would have been nice to know that the car rental closed at 5;30 pm , My flight was only landing at 5;30 . I had to cancel and book through another car rental agency

Staff was friendly & helpful. Agent didn't have the exact car I reserved but gave a modest upgrade for same price. His manager tried to step in & upgrade me on some "don't you want to be a baller in that Infiniti" nonsense, but the agent more or less ignored him and did not pressure me at all.Get the manager to not be so obvious about trying to persuade people to upgrade, especially when you haven't interacted with a customer to read his energy. Otherwise, excellent experience.

Enterprise did not allow us to rent the vehicle because we were not allowed to drive a passenger van to Canada

I picked up the car at Islip Long Island. as customary I walked the car with the agent The care was not washed but there were no marks. I decided to add $9 per day insurance which I usually do not do. But I was doing a one way to Vermont and dropping it off at Hartford Ct on 1/1/17 When I dropped the car off, the agent went over the car. Because It was not there location of rental, your agent took some extra time. as I was climbing on the bus to catch my flight she came to me about hail damage on the roof. Who looks at the roof during a pick up. your LI agent and I surely didnt. she took my copy of my invoice and noticed that I had obtained the $9 insurance and I took the bus. Frustrated Peter
