Car was prepaid, yet I still had to wait 30 minutes in line in order to get the automobile. Then there was rather intense pressure to pre-pay fuel, buy more insurance, and the like--just so Hertz can generate more money.

Drop off was easy.

Cons:

Be ready for a wait at the pick-up counter (1-hr) and have to listen to their up-sell 20 times for each person in front of you. Car had a slow tire leak which required filling up every couple days.

Cons:

I rented a Managers Special. I assumed, since it was a car rental, that it would be a car. I was given a choice between a pickup truck or a Ford Expedition. I had to pay to obtain a car. I feel that is false advertising.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Cons:

Everything could have and should have e been better! We had a car supposedly reserved and got NOTHING! There was not one single car available and WE WERE STUCK AT AIRPORT CAR RENTAL! Had to get a hotel and have family come pick is up all the way from Alamogordo the next day! Will NEVER book thru Kyak again

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental car. Car recked of second hand smoke, car was not checked in on time, terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

I was expecting a Nissan Murano and had an Equinox. My nephew reserved the same car and they gave him a discount because it wasn’t available. Unfortunately I wasn’t offered the same discount.

Pros:

The Nissan Rogue was perfect for my family of 4. We put 1700 miles on that car going throughout the 4 corners. Was comfortable with all our luggage.

Pros:

Everything was great....smooth ride, great looks...loved the backup camera. Lots of options I wish I would have implemented.

Cons:

The only minor thing is that when I would get in, I had to bend my head way down to clear the door sill..... just the way the car is made. Otherwise, it was tops in my book.
