Pros:
We were able to keep the car longer for a reasonable price. Thank you.Cons:
The ability to pick up the car. Our flight was delayed & there was not an effort made for us to be able to pick up the car before closing at the extraordinary time of 5pm. In the end, we had an extra $30 in Lyft fees to get the car at the airport the next day. Not a great way to start this rental.2.0 Poor

Dec 2020
Pros:
I liked the car overall, but it had a tire pressure problem. The light kept flashing “check tire pressure”. I had to go to a few places in town and wait for them to check it and it turned out it was 5 or 6 psi below what it should have been!Cons:
I asked the check-in clerk for a 1 pm return on the scheduled date. But he put 12 pm instead. When I called Hertz to ask for an extra hour, they wanted $32 extra (for 1 hour!!!!!). Nobody else does this. Hotels and resorts, all over the world, allow an extra hour without penalty. I was told on the phone I would be granted an extra 1/2 hour because of the tire pressure problem. Nothing else. And at check-out I find I was charged $13.99 for one-half hour. This is ridiculous. With a policy like this, I will NOT be renting from Hertz again!2 locations in Santa Fe Airport

I wasn't aware there was an additional deposit fee for the rental -- if there was information or details about this it wasn't noted or highlighted enough to inform my decision/commitment of renting from here10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was very nice, gave me some clorox wipes to clean up the car (even though it was already very clean, it was just to be sure). Enterprise is also waiving the normal fee to drop the car in a different location, which was incredibly helpful.Cons:
It was great, no problems.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The worst pressure up-selling of my life. This could easily be worth 300 to 400 dollars added to the price. Avis is pretty greedy.Cons:
Up front details about up-selling. I doubt I'll rent from Avis again. Costs can quadruple.5.6 Fair

Pros:
We got to the Santa Fe airport at 5:25 pm local time. When we called about picking up our car, we were told the office had closed at 5 pm and we could not get the car. So we had to rent a car from someone else.Cons:
How about staying open during reasonable business hours? Closing at 5 pm for an airport rental car service? Are you serious? But if you can't be open during reasonable business hours, how about advising us in advance what the closing time is? Overall, have to give you guys a POOR rating.4.4 Mediocre
