The guy in the office was completely and unnecessary rude, he was making fun of us we don’t know why and he was unprofessional making us believe that for every possible fee we would be charged 30 eur extra, and for every possible scratch in the van we would be charg extra 3000 eur. Finally, once we were picking up the van in the airport, the price to pay was an 80% more that the one referred in the website. I will never use Alamo again.Reviewed Aug 29 2024
