Pros: Nothing
Cons: I had booked the car online with prepaid expenses. We weren't given the car as they insisted on an international driving licence. Haven't got the refund as well till now. The staff didn't entertain us for the refund or cancellation. Customer care has been indifferent as well..
Have written a mail to customer relations desk some 3-4 days back and haven't heard from them so far.

USB didn't work
Cons: The USB adapter didn't work properly so I couldn't recharge my phone for my Waze to work. Was concerned about being in the middle of nowhere without directions

Pros: The Garmin type guide was especially helpful. Fuel consumption was good.
Cons: No directions in the glove department on how to turn off the radio when the Garmin type guide was working.This web site is redundant

Pros: Car itself was great and met expectations
Cons: Very rude staff at drop-off
Inconvenient drop-off facility re: parking, time closed for lunch
Mistakes on charges regarding insurance
Not enough help with GPS--rushed pick-up

Cons: The car did not have windshield washer fluid. None!
