Pros (+) Updated everything .nice location
Cons (-) The "urban fee " is ridiculous! $15 per night.its a scam to make them look cheaper then the other hotels.room is definatly small but updated and pool and workout room is still closed.they want 75 to park..garage directly behind them is $35. Pros (+) The location was great for what we needed it for, valet and bellhop were friendly and accommodating
Cons (-) The housekeeping schedule was very odd. We were expecting something in the morning or afternoon but had no housekeeping the first day and a half, didn’t even get housekeeping or an attempt at it until the night before we left, which would’ve happened between 7:30 and 9:30 that night while we were out.

Pros (+) We like the very kind and courteous staff. We did like that they moved us to a new room when we requested to be moved. We like the price point and the location.
Cons (-) We didn't like that they put us on a floor where they were doing construction right outside the window. We didn't like that there was water damage and mold on the wallpaper by the window. We didn't like the beds were uncomfortable.
