There are 2 bath room and 2 closet in the room
Very old, lack of amenities. there’s rust on the shampoo holder, my hand have to touch it every time i use it which is not safety. Also they forgot to clean up the room
The view was beautiful
The rooms could be a little more updated. Especially the bathrooms. It was old and dirty looking
The room accommodations were excellent. The ease to to get to various locations within the hotel were superb.
Although I was not prepared for other amenities such as the pool or gym, better communication about the location of the amenities would have been helpful.
The staff at the Hilton is exceptional and the room was beautiful with a view of Grant Park and Lake Michigan. As a Chicago native who has retired in Florida, we spent two days and were very happy.
The overhead lighting in the bedroom lighting is very dim. It has lamps next to the bed but it's difficult for a senior to see well in this type of lighting. I could not locate a dimmer switch to turn up the brightness on the overhead lights.
