Pros. Comfortable, well appointed room
Cons. Fewer noisy people on my floor at 4:00 AM
Pros. Quiet and comfortable...a top-notch conversion of an office building into a fine hotel. Room features were solid, room size was good, view was extraordinary, staff was efficient and friendly. We had to spend one short night downtown and only discovered this gem because of a Travelzoo coupon. We would recommend it and stay there again.
Cons. Nothing.
Pros. The location.the room. The bad .great bathroom. I came in very late because my flight was delayed . The next day They let me check out 2 hours later. Very recommended hotel .
Cons. Every thing was good
Pros. This hotel is in the perfect location, central to everything and within walking distance of most attractions! The staff were all very friendly and the hotel decor is beyond beautiful. I loved the boutique style arto deco feel of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms! Added bonus of being able to play music from my phone through the t.v was great.
Pros. Location
Cons. Too much street and hallway noise.Inconsistent service from housekeeping.
Pros. Spacious rooms, modern look, and helpful staff.
Cons. No K cups on the second or third day! Not a huge deal, coffee shops close.
Pros. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is within walking distance to the parks and many other attractions.
Cons. The decor was not that of what I expected at The Hard Rock. Our first room was dirty and incredibley small. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to what was supposed to be a nicer room. The new room was a bit larger but still not very clean. There was urine spatter all around the floor by the toilet. The couch appeared to have stains on the cushions. I can only imagine what those were. The furniture was more than weathered and worn looking as well. It was a very underwhelming expierence of which we will not be repeating!
Pros. We got a great deal for the night so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable. Love the memorabilia throughout. We'll stay here again.
Pros. Nothing much really.
Cons. No refrigerator in the room, waitied 30 minutes on my car causing the family to miss the show at the planetarium, still had to pay $65 that night.
Pros. The room was very comfortable. Loved the bed and pillows. Elevators were pretty fast. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons. The hotel claims to be pet friendly. Which they do allow pets, but they don't have an area for your pets to relieve themselves. The closest park is a couple blocks away. It wasn't very far bit my poor dog did his business on the sidewalk twice because it was too far to walk for him. There also wasn't a specific parking for the hotel. It was a little disappointing there wasn't a notice when booking.
