Cutest Hotel in Perfect Location
This hotel is in the perfect location, central to everything and within walking distance of most attractions! The staff were all very friendly and the hotel decor is beyond beautiful. I loved the boutique style arto deco feel of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms! Added bonus of being able to play music from my phone through the t.v was great.
Too much street and hallway noise.Inconsistent service from housekeeping.
Great weekend in chicago.
Spacious rooms, modern look, and helpful staff.
No K cups on the second or third day! Not a huge deal, coffee shops close.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is within walking distance to the parks and many other attractions.
The decor was not that of what I expected at The Hard Rock. Our first room was dirty and incredibley small. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to what was supposed to be a nicer room. The new room was a bit larger but still not very clean. There was urine spatter all around the floor by the toilet. The couch appeared to have stains on the cushions. I can only imagine what those were. The furniture was more than weathered and worn looking as well. It was a very underwhelming expierence of which we will not be repeating!
We got a great deal for the night so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable. Love the memorabilia throughout. We'll stay here again.
Nothing much really.
No refrigerator in the room, waitied 30 minutes on my car causing the family to miss the show at the planetarium, still had to pay $65 that night.
The room was very comfortable. Loved the bed and pillows. Elevators were pretty fast. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
The hotel claims to be pet friendly. Which they do allow pets, but they don't have an area for your pets to relieve themselves. The closest park is a couple blocks away. It wasn't very far bit my poor dog did his business on the sidewalk twice because it was too far to walk for him. There also wasn't a specific parking for the hotel. It was a little disappointing there wasn't a notice when booking.
Very friendly staff
Paper thin walls can hear everything from the hallway even a soft voice just speaking at normal volume
Good location. Hotel needs a little TLC
Location. Staff was nice.
The rooms need some attention, especially the bathroom.
The bed was ok, internet terribly slow and choppy, and gym very old.
Hotel is in a great location and the service was excellent.
Room service delivered with no table to eat off of. Had to eat on the bed.
Our room was hot and the fan did not help it cool down. TV didn't work.
No tips determined persoanl
No sauna or swimmingpool
The location was great for the various "Chicago" things we wanted to do.
Good Location, Nice bar, big room
Friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel for girls weekend getaway. Spacious room with coomfortable beds.
The Hard Rock shop is a must for any city I visit.
i liked the music in the lobby. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. This hotel is great I would definitely recommend it.
Good location, Good food, friendly and helpful staff (Usual American service with a smile) Room service was very prompt.
Fairly old/out-dated interior (tv was ancient, would have liked to have a seen a flat screen). Bed sheets were so loosely put on that during the night they would slip off. I find this very annoying.
Had to request a better room as the room offered by the hotel was simpler than what was reserved through website (Standard room was offered instead of Deluxe room). Once the room was changed, everything was great! Staff were very friendly and more than helpful.
Was close to location of my meeting
the decor was dated, dark and a bit shabby feeling. the rock motife not my style. Was not worth the money. Would look elsewhere next time
