Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the helpfulness of the staff and the hotel's convenient location, especially for visits to the US consulate. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities, including air conditioning, water temperature, and the overall condition of rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast and food quality were also frequently criticized, and several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price. While some enjoyed nice views and comfortable beds, the negative aspects often outweighed the positives for many visitors.AI-Generated from customer reviews
