We were only stopping for a place to sleep it was a good hotel large enough rooms with an excellent continental bradkfast Needs to start renovating, a little old but clean

It was moderately convenient; it was fairly reasonable. Under construction, with no prior warning or price discount: noise, dust, closed areas. The bathtub had a thick layer of white powder on it. Some programmes had been stopped (e.g., kids were supposed to get 'free frozen treats,' but they had apparently stopped doing that months earlier without changing their literature).

It is very convenient to where our grandkids live. I know it is being renovated...the room we had was definitely tired and in need of a spruce-up.

The staff were wonderful, location was perfect. I stayed 1 night of 3,the hotel was under construction, dust/dirt was everywhere, my room was clean, I turned on the bathroom light at 2:30 a.m. to see cockroaches running in all directions. I left the next day & will not frequent this hotel again.

Nothing Everything. This was suppose to be 3 star. I would not have given it 1 star.

-indoor pool was open but cold -fitness room was good -bed was comfortable -air conditioning worked well but was loud -restaurant had a fajita bar for dinner, but that was all that was served, not good for those people who don't like fajitas -outdoor pool was not open -hot tub was not working -the room was exactly the same state it was in one year ago and they are still renovating (still unfinished) -sink in bathroom leaked -toilet hardly flushed -shower didn't drain very well

The location was convenient and quiet away from the highway. There was no curfew and originally was put on a floor where a hockey party was happening. When asked to move I was given a room not cleaned. Staff behaved annoyed with my request to find me a clean room on a quiet floor.

This hotel totally under major renovations. Balcony, partly boarded up, construction debris covered the floor of balcony. Paint pealing off bathroom door. Carpet grungy, reduction of cost appreciated after my complaint. Oops see above. Staff were great!
