Pros (+) Pool and outdoor bar area was nice. Complimentary coffee was good in lobby.
Cons (-) Air conditioning in room. An engineer was sent up to take a look at it and he told me not to run it for 30 minutes because it was frozen. It never worked properly the rest of the stay. Shiloh, Nov 2017 - Hotel Landy Orlando Universal Blvd., a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Pros (+) Close to Universal and I-Drive, In walking distance to the Orlando Eye and several attractions on I-Drive
Cons (-) Cost of room was more than what the facility warranted. I paid up-front but was additionally charged $32 for a parking pass, this was ridiculous and I felt was a hidden charge to yet get even more money. Overpriced!

Anonymous, Feb 2017 - Hotel Landy Orlando Universal Blvd., a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Pros (+) The friendliness in the interactions I had with almost everyone. From the valet, the gentleman checking us in and the bell hop. Everyone was great, interactive and was genuine with their interests and advice for things to do in Orlando. probably will stay here again even though the price was high.
Cons (-) The price was a little much for a one night stay. And when checking out the guy was so short and to the point with me. He asked how my stay was but it was genuine. He could've been having a bad day, we all have those but everyone else was so friendly and pleasant that he stood out. Could've at least included a nice breakfast for the price paid too.

Ryan, Nov 2016 - Hotel Landy Orlando Universal Blvd., a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Cons (-) I didnt like that there was a $14 per night fee at a higher end hotel that wasn't in a city. That is just unacceptable.
