There was not enough towels in room. Had to call the front desk twice to get more. 4 people in room only had enough for 3. Bath tub needs repair in room 809. Parking gate doesn’t work with key, front desk had to let us out every time. Other than that all good. Thank you !

Pros (+) Loved location. Close enough to parks without being on the busy main drag.
Cons (-) Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress was almost non existent as thin as it was.

Pros (+) The location along I-Drive is ideal. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the elevators were very prompt (this can be an issue at other hotels and who likes slow elevators).
Cons (-) Several of my electrical outlets didn't work in my king suite. The lamp outlets and wall outlets wouldn't charge my cell phone or my laptop when I needed to work. Also, I stayed for an extended amount of time for 8 days. The bed sheets weren't the cleanest as there were lots of long hair scattered on the bed sheets and blankets. On my first day, I spilled some coke on my bed and the stain was stil...

Pros (+) The facilities and additional amenities were excellent. A number of our family units stayed for the night and had many areas and opportunities to spend time together. Enjoyed the pool, 'happy hour' and the great breakfast.
Cons (-) All would have been perfect were it not for the 2 erroneous wake up calls we received in our room at 5am and 5:05 am. Getting back to sleep was pretty much impossible and affected our day.
