The hotel has clearly been remodeled, but it at times just feels like an old hotel with a modern facade. Our room had two queen beds, and both comforters were dirty (with red and brown stains). What happens when a Hyatt Place meets a Motel 6. Extremely run down and in need of refurbishment. When there’s doodles and scraped paint on the walls of the elevator, and you don’t even know if it will make it to your floor, you know there’s a problem. Any other hotel in the area has to be a much better stay.

The hotel was clean and close to many attractions. Room was spacious. Drawback was they are doing construction, mattresses have seen better days and pillows are the cheapest around. Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable
Cons (-) Getting up and down the elevator took a long time because really only o r family at a time could ride in order to social distance. The stairs led outside. You need a stairway next to elevator that leads to lobby

Pros (+) Large clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was pretty good considering covid safety but still room for improvement. Staff friendly. Central location.
Cons (-) Paper thin walls. You can hear neighbors from both sides and anyone in the hall.

Pros (+) Extremely helpful and patient employees who were happy to help us. The entire stay was quiet, ample parking, conveniently located near shops, food, and pharmacy. Very near to airport and easy to drive to within 5 minutes.

Pros (+) The room is clean and the room is comfortable. There is staff at the front desk 24 hours which is very convenient.
Cons (-) There is no shuttle bus from or to the airport. The only shuttles go to Epcot and Universal Studio. AND the bus driver doesn't allow full-size stroller but only umbrella stroller. How much difference could it make? How much difference would it be if we signed up for one more person and leave the room for folded stroller?
