Free breakfast, which is not to miss, clean bathroom, comfy bed and pillows. Kitchen was clean and stocked with plenty of silverware and dishes. Staff super nice and polite.

Check-in personnel extremely friendly. Hotel was very clean. Rooms very large. Beds comfortable. Breakfast looked like it had many choices. However, we didn’t stay as it was very crowded.

Pros (+) The location is convenient. Breakfast included is a plus. Not paying an additional fee for parking (typical of Orlando hotels) was also a plus.

Cons (-) The pool is inadequate for the amount of rooms and people at the hotel. The pool was insanely crowded because it was too small. People also really made home out of this place. They brought music to. The pool, big coolers for food and whatnot. It felt much more like an extended stay and that people were living there - it didn’t really have a vibe like a Marriott hotel. The pool also needs updating....

Pros (+) When we checked in the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were perfect size, the kitchen had everything you needed Incase you wanted to cook. With 7 people eating out got expensive so it was nice to have everything there to make a meal. We also had several children so the room was a bit messy, after coming back from universal the person that cleaned our room did such an amazing job! Really imp...

Cons (-) I didn’t like that there was a $10 fee for parking in the hotel, I have never had to pay for parking in the hotel I’m staying.
