The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were uniformly warm and attentive. Facilities (elevators, water pressure, number and placement of outlets, etc.) were all great though we did not try the pool. My otherwise excellent room had an air conditioner that insisted upon noisily starting and stopping its compressor all night. Even with the "Fan" set to constant on, the cycling was a little hard to get used to the first night of our stay. Cons (-) Blinds in room don’t entirely darken the room. I traveled with 2 other women, so mirror space was important. We used the full-length mirror to blow dry hair while another was using the shower. A light over the mirror would’ve been nice.

Pros (+) The accommodations were exactly what I would have expected for the price. The room was clean, the AC was nice and cold, the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) There was a lot of noise from other guests, not just in the hallway but from their rooms as well. The walls seemed paper thin. It was after midnight by the time the noise died down enough for me to sleep. I was woken at 3am by someone screaming and yelling down the hall. Pros (+) The room was very well appointed, and extremely clean. The hotel's employees were consistently among the most pleasant, helpful people I've come across in any hotel anywhere.
Cons (-) I would prefer the restaurant having a bit broader menu.
