Having a car available. Better communication. Ease of transferring reservation to different location that has availability. A way to cancel car insurance if booking doesn't happen.3.6 Poor

Cons:
When I arrived to the Clovis location, having paid all fees, including taxes. I was charged $22 more! Not a lot but they were late, the car was not ready or clean. Then the care was so uncomfortable we had to exchange it, in Sacramento. Then when we got to Spokane the brakes were going out. It was a complete nightmare. We ended up getting charged more for with several inconveniences. The people in Spokane were really nice, but lost on what the transaction was supposed to be.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Check in was easy, employee was niceCons:
Car I reserved was not available. Why not--didn't I reserve it? I was given a car in a lower category than what I paid for. Then I was told I needed to contact the 3rd party to get the refund on the difference on the price. Why not refund me on the spot?9.2 Wonderful

Cost overall was fabulous. Drop-off was fast and hassle-free. Upgraded to Next size up for no additional cost.Cons:
Pick-up was slower than the ideal. Inside of car glass was foggy and smudged making driving at dusk difficult.8.4 Very good

Pick up and drop off was easy and the car was great.Cons:
The staff person tried to really scare me about using the car insurance from my credit card. I know he was just trying to scare me into purchasing Enterprise insurance, which I do not need, but it only made me feel nervous the whole time. He also gave me misinformation about bridge tolls.Easirent

The Cadillac was loaded with nice features like cooled seats, apple play, and Electric seat adjustments. The price was about $50 less then the nearest compact car competitor offer.Cons:

I got there and they wanted to charge me for the full amount plus deposit on my credit card and I didn't have room and they would not except my debit card without returning flight ticket stubs! I walked away and rented from AVIS and they were wonderful!! Will never try National Again!Eagle Rent A Car
