Pros: This is a beautiful property at which to enjoy the tranquility of nature. With no TV in the room, you can enjoy the wonderful sounds of the local birds. Late at night we heard some spider monkeys ...
Pros: Small but well organised situation, near Cobá archaeological site. Kind and prepared personnel. Well functioning air conditioning.
Cons: Just a little suggestion: use the space in the backyard to grow some vegetables or fruit! It will be much more characteristic and you could offer something more to your guests!
Pros: Very friendly staff, very clean, nice garden. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting the ruins. The continental breakfast was very good.
Pros: Beautiful garden in back with sitting area and koi pond. Colorful bungalows and pathways lined with Mexican pottery. Continental breakfast with local fresh fruit was included. Young man on staff ...
Cons: The distance to restaurants in Coba necessitated a car.
Pros: Beautiful place with a lovely koi pond.
Cons: No restaurant or refrigerator to have cold beverages. An addition of one of these would be a huge plus. A pool would also be a great addition as once you are there there is nothing to do. You can ...
Cons: Was not walking distance from town. Could use a pool and more than white bread toast for breakfast.
Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful and provided us with any requests we had
Cons: Location was a little far from what we wanted but between the bikes they offer and a free ride they gave us they more than coped for the distance.

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance to the ruins. Super friendly staff!
Cons: The room was hot, despite the fan
Pros: The air-con was great. And it allowed us to get to Coba ruins bang on 8am to enter before the crowds. Well worth doing if you don't mind roughing it a bit.
Cons: They air the rooms out meaning all the mosquitos and flies can enter the room during the day. There are also quite a few gaps under the doors and in the ceiling that all look like insects could get ...
Pros: The facility is a combination of a hotel, a grocery store and a restaurant on the roof. The room is basic and simple, but it feels very comfortable, cozy and relaxing. Equipped with ceiling fan and AC...
Pros: Personnel at Sac be very accommodating.
Cons: Chained dog wailing nearby, poor creature!
Pros: A simple Hotel
Cons: Not a 5 star ....more a 3. But for the price very acceptable
Pros: Very close to Coba, friendy staff.
Pros: I just needed a one night stay in Coba. I found this little hotel right in town, walking distance from the ruins. It was nothing fancy as I expected, but it was ultra clean and well appointed. ...
Cons: If you mind roosters, make sure you have ear plugs...lol!!
Pros: We loved this little hole in the wall! The accommodations are super simple but everything was very clean. The dinner at the restaurant was one of the best meals we had the entire trip. The staff ...
Cons: I still can't wrap my head around the common practice of burning trash and plastic. It's not just here - it was everywhere.
Pros: Good location, very clean room. Good wifi connection
Cons: It was a quite noisy outside in the morning as a cockrell greeted the dawn. Take earplugs
Pros: The hotel is in a nice location in Coba, within walking distance of the lake and Coba ruins. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. Only four rooms in the hotel so it felt very private. There was free parking and friendly staff!
Cons: The entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Not a huge issue, but makes for some slippery floors!
Pros: I imagine this is as good as anywhere to stay in Coba. We had a nice room behind the restaurant, with air-con and telly. The staff are great.
Cons: No breakfast, but you can buy it. The hotel was great, but Coba was still the most disappointing destination on my holiday. The Mayan site isn't so great, compared to the others I visited (8), and...
Pros: Large and clean room.
Pros: very nice staff but room was dark and not welcoming to stay in. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was appreciated!
Pros: Very helpful staff trying to do the best for us. Excellent restaurant on the terrace, minimarket is beside the hotel.

Cons: Pillows were not comfortable
Pros: The location.
Cons: When we arrived, before the 11 pm check-in cutoff one of our rooms was rented to someone else. The clerk offered hammocks as a solution. My brother-in-law weights over 300 pounds, obviously not an ...
Pros: owner really really friendly, nice food at the restaurant,
Pros: The staff were very friendly! They seem like very nice people and I'd love to support their business, but the room really wasn't worth the money ($78 USD/night). The coffee/bread in the morning was a nice touch, though! And it was just a 10-15 walk to the ruins past some nice little restaurants which sold very tasty chicken.
If it was a cheap hotel I would have been fine with it, but for the price we paid I really can't recommend the place.
Cons: There were stains on the walls and the bathroom smelled terrible. Like, gag-inducingly bad! Perhaps we showed up after a plumbing mishap of some kind, but nothing of the sort was mentioned.
Not something I would complain about for an inexpensive hotel, but at nearly $80 USD/night it felt like a rip off.
