Pros: The bed was like a firm cloud.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I loved loved LOVED the feel of the place. Very homey and the bed was soooooo comfortable my fiance and almost didn't want to leave xD. The staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. Super cheerful and always there when needed. You can tell the staff is almost like family. It was the PERFECT spot for our anniversary and will be back next year... maybe for a wedding?!?!!! ^~^
Cons: Location wise I wish it was closer to Baltimore... there wasn't much to do in the area. Though the seclusion was kind of a plus for my anniversary.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, lovely, spacious, historic mansion, filled with antiques &art: a journey through time!
Cons: The sauce on eggs benedict could be refined...:)
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love it there . Staff is great and the grounds are beautiful as well
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Others had rated this venue well. And, after one too many box hotel rooms with no personality, I decided to splurge. This is a beautiful expansive mansion used regularly for weddings. The gardens were so inviting. Had it been 10 degrees warmer, I would have lounged by the pool. The rooms are very large, and filled with quality antiques, oriental rugs, beautiful framed paintings, and small details not limited to the best towels. Coffee delivered to the room at 7am! Breakfast pre-orded from a bountiful menu the evening before. Could have wandered the grounds and mansion for hours. I am a picky traveler, but Gramercy Mansion ticked off all the right boxes on my ideal hotel checklist. ❤
Cons: Everything was perfect.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding in every way. Room after room of beautiful treasures. Fantastic soft jazz throughout.
Cons: One staff person droned on and on at length in a voice so loud I could not hear the music and had to retire to my room. Only one channel worked on tv.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the building, the room, exploring the building was fun and the breakfast was delicious.
Cons: If I have to pick something, I would have to say the bed. It was a double, I’m use to a queen.

Pros: Very accommodating staff. We left off our luggage early in the day before check-in. They gave us suggestions for getting around town on the free Trolley, and later that evening for an enjoyable dinner at La Tavola which was within walking distance. Devon Jackson encouraged us to get an Uber account for transport to the airport, and made sure it all happened properly. We REALLY enjoyed having coffee delivered outside our room each morning (pre-breakfast) at a time we specified.
Cons: Nothing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Deondre's customer service was amazing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly and helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was simple and continental.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was great. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and should be excluded from any negative feedback. The gentlemen who occasionally manned the desk less so. Especially one of the managers, a short older guy was downright rude.
Cons: The accommodations themselves. We had a room with a view on bushes supposedly a garden view with windows that could not be opened. The first night the air conditioning was so cold we were freezing with no ability to modify the temperature, no blankets, thus we had to turn off all the air which made it exceedingly stuffy and smelly in the room. The next morning no warm water to shower. The water wasn’t very cold, but not warm. I complained about both and maintenance fixed the issues during the day. 2nd morning it was 7 am mandatory wake up as the garden crew blasted away outside our window with blowers etc. after an hour of making much noise they left again. This was obviously something to do in the early morning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Overall a great stay in a beautiful location.
Cons: A few less sugary choices at breakfast and invoice paperwork (really minor though!)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in Fells Point. Comfortable room with minibar/fridge. Quiet hotel. Clean room. Nice bathroom.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the staff, I love the atmosphere, I felt soooooo cozy, and comfortable.
Cons: I love everything. It was fantastic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property but the real asset is the lovely staff. They went out of their way to make my husband and my little pup and I comfortable. Great location for strolling along the inner harbor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is elite, the staff treat the guests like royalty. We rented a room with a view fir my wife’s 50th Birthday. On check in, the upgraded us to the Presidential Suite! I was blown away, my wife was flabbergasted. There were rooms on top of rooms with a view of the harbor. It was epic. Shortly after we settled into our room, there was a knock at the door, it was for turndown service, which we didn’t need. Ten minutes later, another knock. This time we were delivered a personal birthday cake!! Stunning!!! That wasn’t all!! The experience was one of the best ever! We will be going back knowing that experience was once in a lifetime but due to their overall pampering!
Cons: Not a thing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I Loved the ambiance of the hotel...very sophisticated and modern looking from the lobby to my fountain view suite! The suite was very spacious and beautiful inside like a small apartment...very comfortable also. I was very impressed! Also the customer service of everyone from the bell hop, to the front desk, room service and in room dining were impeccable.:) I will definitely stay there again!:)
Cons: Overall I Absolutely loved this hotel!:) but if I had one complaint it would be the location...it is downtown Baltimore in a very congested area, and a 10 minute trip to a convenience store took 45 minutes to get there! :)...Also the hotel food (while delicious) was very expensive( $60 for burger, fries and coke) but I chalked that up to it being a 5 star hotel and it comes with the territory..lol...other than those issues, it is a fabulous hotel and I would totally stay there again!;)❤
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Facilities are very nice. Bathrooms are great. Service is great. Staff is great. Food is great.
Cons: Beds and pillows are not that comfortable. Could be better. Better bedding too.

We especially liked Lafayette, he was very helpful in answering all of our questions, he made us feel very welcomed from the time we walked in the door until our last night there, unfortunately he was not working when we checked out and was not able to say goodbye. The location was awesome, close to everything.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff is super and the pool is great!
Cons: How much Valet parking was after the price of the hotel was a little much. You might as well add another 50.00 a day to your cost.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Strategic location on the harbour, friendly helpful staff, beautiful property and good breakfast.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views were great despite it being cold and grey outside. The restaurant was beautiful. Though we only had drinks at the bar, I would have eaten there if we had more time. It was refreshing to stay in a hotel that has a great window with beautiful street views and lots of light. The rooms were just right for two of us. I really liked the couch on the end of the bed as a nice touch for hanging out at the end of the evening.
Cons: Honestly not much. We stayed in the courtyard view rooms on the second floor and the only downside is that you really need to keep the blackout blinds drawn almost all the time or else you are looking into someone else's eyes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: None
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Staff was racist
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It’s a beautiful hotel and very comfortable It is also very expensive
Cons: Added gratuity at the pool bar
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I was out to dinner and could not finish my meal and wanted to bring back to room. I called front desk to ask if I had a microwave in my room. They sent one complimentary. Cran imperial at 3:00 a.m. never tasted better.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Really beautiful place. Wonderful staff and location. Plan ahead and see the area!
Cons: The price is pretty steep for what it offers even for a basic room, however, if you don't care about the views, or the room's location, its worth the price!
Hotel Revival Baltimore - Baltimore - Bedroom
7
9.1 Excellent (523 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Discover a downtown Baltimore hotel in one of the city’s oldest and most charming neighborhoods. Amid the grand mansions of Maryland’s 19th-century movers and shakers, this national landmark historic district is now home to vibrant theaters, museums, galleries, shops and restaurants.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION Beautiful view of the square. Room décor very nice. BED very comfortable. Too much street noise on a Tuesday morning, and was on the 9th floor. Staff friendliness upon arrival.
Cons: No coffee service for the morning, LACK of service at the square meal for breakfast. Street noise waking me early on a Tuesday morning.
4.5 Okay
Pros: It's in a good location.
Cons: Hotel is old and well-worn - in desperate need of a rehab. Despite the Joie de Vivre name, the desk clerk on our arrival was decidedly not happy. We booked a two-bed room and got a king with a too-short foldaway cot, and on one of the coldest days of the year they did not have any spare blankets, so we were given three sheets instead. For $80 a night it would have been ok - for twice that, it was a ripoff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, Decor, restaurants!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I thought the location was great, and the staff including valet staff were very friendly.
Cons: It is a bit pricey.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Some of the staff were rude
6.3 Good
Pros: Our first room was nice but had a loud, rattling ac unit. We moved rooms to a much bigger room. It was very nice (but ac struggled to cool the room). The unit never got the room temp down, but it could be due to the high heat this weekend.
Cons: 1) first room had a very loud ac unit. 2) second room had a malfunctioning ac unit. 3) the workout room was not cleaned or stocked with towels. 4) there was animal or human waste in the staircase going between floor 3 and 4.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Only complain about poor choices for breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room decor. The bed was super comfy!
Cons: The restaurant recommendation for Mo’s.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The property’s decor is beautiful and unique. The location is convenient, and it was easy to access other places in Baltimore from this location.
Cons: We had a few concerns with some staff and room maintenance problems (which we reported upon checkout). We went to Topside after checkin for an evening drink. It took a bit of time to get the bartender’s attention and there were only a few customers. The music in Topside was so loud that we opted to take our drinks to our room. The front desk staff seemed either very new at their job or too busy to help us. When we checked out I don’t think the person even looked up from the computer or inquired about our stay. The level of customer service was quite low. (However the girl working at the cafe in the morning was extremely friendly and competent at her job. Compliments to her!). The door to our bathroom would not shut and the air conditioner made a horrible noise (although this could be due to the age of the building). This hotel has a lot of opportunity and is certainly a beautiful property. Hopefully the customer service can be improved to make it a top quality place to stay.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was delightful. Was offered a towel when I came in drenched from a sudden downpour. Also offered a glass of wine after checking in which was wonderful after being caught in the downpour. Furniture in the room was really nice as well.
Cons: Window and woodwork around the sink in the bathroom were a little dirty. Hadn't been wiped off in a while.
6.8 Good
Pros: The décor is nice. Security is good. Key cards required for access to your floor only. Rooms are large and well laid out. There is a hair dryer in the room. Iron available only in some rooms. The beds are large and the mattress made for a comfortable sleep spoilt by the pillows in some rooms. Sheets were clean.. Toiletries are provided in the bathrooms. Adequate towels. Daily housekeeping service. Complementary water bottles (1 per person) provided daily. There is a fridge in each room. There is an electronic safe in each room. There is a closet with plenty of hangers. Most of the staff are friendly and responsive. Food (when it is available) is good. Food court available 5 minutes walk away.
Cons: Breakfast not included. No food or room service between 10 am and 5 pm. No electric kettle / coffee maker in room. $5 delivery charge on top of 18% service charge for each order of in room dining. No grab rails in the bath tub (especially dangerous since shower is in the tub). Extremely bulky pillows.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! We loved the staff, especially Miss Mina her and my son (13 months) became best friends, she was so friendly and actually talked to you and took time to get to know you and make you feel welcomed. And the lovely ladies who run breakfast are awesome. I felt bad my 1 year old made such a mess, I make sure to clean up after him, but they were right there making sure I didn't have to so I can enjoy my vacation. The little bags they made up for you of snacks and water to fuel you during your outings is such a wonderful and thoughtful touch, especially if you if you have little ones. Breakfast was awesome, each day was something different so you didn't get bored. Everything was clean, well kept, beds were comfy, bathrooms were awesome a d bug and the vanity made me want my own while doing my makeup. We definitely know where we are going to stay next time we come back and if all Hampton Inns are like this one, we will be staying at those for future vacations.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Maia at the front desk was super friendly & extremely helpful with our check in. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean & located just off the I-95 which made it easy to get to other parts of the city quickly.
Cons: Unfortunately the area the hotel was in was a little sketchy and not close to attractions which kept us from exploring the neighborhood by foot.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast. Staff was courteous and professional. Extremely close to Inner Harbor and National Aquarium. We valet parked our car and were easily able to walk to all of the attractions with two small children.

Pros: Very Large Room with a great location. Friendly Staff.
Cons: We were not able to adjust the temperature in the room and it was a little cold for some.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional. It was very clean and appeared fairly new. Rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked. The snack room was amazing, tons more choices then typical. My daughter loved the make your own waffles!
Cons: The loocation is right by a teain and at least once per day a train came by. There are zero restaurants within walking distance. Only a Sams Club. Thr breakfast hot meals were unusual. Ex apple and chicken sausages, bagel topper etc. Personally I prefer scrambled eggs and bacon. Perhaps have one unique choice and regular others. Eggs scrambled, over medium should be a daily choice. Also, I was charged 40.00 more than quoted on booking.com. After talking with the gentleman at the desk, he got it to 33.00 less. So, I ended up paying 7.00 more????
