Cons: There wasn't a convenient place to refill my water bottle. Other than that, can't think of anything! Great stay.

Pros: Friendly staff, nice hotel. I like nice hotels and this is one.
Cons: Only noteworthy problem was that I found a pile of a previous guest's clothes in the closet. The pillows were kinda strangely designed and I'm not sure if it was comfortable because I was exhausted, but slept well.
Pros: Beautiful and comfortable accommodations.
Cons: Nothing. It was very nice.

Pros: I recently stayed here during the 2016 U.S. National Figure Skating Championships which took place in St. Paul.
This hotel is really nice, tucked neatly right off of I-94. Was easy to find and is in a quiet buisness park just outside the Minneapolis Metro area.
Check in was seamless (I used e-check in) and they had everything ready to go. Really nice staff at check in.
The rooms are very nice. Modern decor and very clean. I stayed on the south facing side (718) which meant no noise from the Interstate. My room was the two room suite but is really more like 4 rooms with a sleeping area, common area with sofa, kitchenette/mini-bar, and bathroom.
Everything was really clean and comfortable. The bed was heaven. Having the microwave and mini-fridge came in handy. The bathroom very spacious...plenty of towels. Lots of closet space and the floor was really quiet...never heard a peep.
The breakfast was delicious as well. Ate there most mornings. Made to order omlettes and everything else.
Attending an event in St. Paul I had been concerned I was staying a bit far away but the travel time to St. Paul was only about 15-20 minutes...super fast. Just get on I-94 till you get there. The hotel is really only about 7-10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Very accessible.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The price was perfect as well. Really upscale stay without breaking the budget. All staff always with a smile and very friendly.
Pros: We stayed at this propertry a year or so ago for my sons wedding. This weekend was another event, the christening of his son at nearby
St. Anthony Village. We really appreciated the space, the managers reception, but especially the great breakfast.
Pros: The view from the seventh floor was wonderful, we were able to see the Minneapolis skyline and the Earle Brown Heritage Center. The trees were just starting to turn and it was simply beautiful.
The sound proofing was incredible. There were 200 hockey students staying the same weekend we were there, with some in the room next to us and we did not hear a peep from them when in our rooms. Could sometimes hear them when in the hallway, which didn't bother us at all, after all, they are kids.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh food, which could not have been easy as the hotel was booked, on top of those 200 hockey students.
Overall a great experience and we think we have found our "home" away from home when we go to Minneapolis to visit family.
When you stay at Embassy Suites Minneapolis - North, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Target Field and Basilica of Saint Mary. Guests can visit the 24-hour fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at Flying Spoons, which serves American cuisine. An indoor pool and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like sofa beds and refrigerators.
Pros: The room was very acomidating, peaceful, nice pool, friendly staff, and great location.
Cons: The ice machines were only at 1 end of the hallway, the soda machine only took cash, and the wallpaper in the hallways were peeling off looked very tacky. The room door you had to make sure you pushed it shut.
Pros: the breakfast was decent.
Cons: i was at centerstone for a 3 day business trip. wifi was spotty at best. the only thing that is worse than no internet connection is inconsistent internet connection. on two of the nights, the guests next door partied well into the night, waking me up. i'm not a light sleeper mind you but, screaming at the tv, screaming at each other and wrestling were enough to wake me up. this inconvenience was very upsetting considering i had an early appointment the first morning and a 6 a.m. flight to catch the last morning. on both nights (early mornings, really), i called the front desk to complain and they promised to send someone up to take care of it. the noise did not stop on either occasion. i understand that the hotel can't control all the guests but, a concerted effort to stop the disturbance would have been appreciated. i won't stay there again.

Pros: Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi was good, and was always connected for working. Dining area was clean and had ample room along with charging stations at each table for phones.
Cons: Poor breakfast (microwaved eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy). No exercise room or amenities. Worst part: there were ants in the bathroom.
Pros: Location was great for our event, accommodations were very nice and clean.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Can't think of a thing!
Pros: The rooms were very nice. It was a good location and central to all of our needs. They have a beautiful commons area in the works, and I can't wait to go back and see the finished product.
Cons: Unsecured entrance that anyone could come in and out of the building without the use of their room card.
Cons: They are not done setting up the business. The sauna is under construction and they will have a breakfast once that is arranged for.
Pros: Great location. Friendly staff. Nice size room
Cons: We were in town for a funeral and were only in the room to sleep. The bed was too soft and loud.
Pros: Quiet, convenient location.
Cons: Room not ready when we arrived at 1 pm, told to come back a hour later. Came back one hour later and waited at the front desk for 25 minutes for the front desk clerk to come back. Sign on desk said, "helping a guest, be back soon" Really, leave the front desk unattended for that long!. Also, 4 person in room, 2 adults, 2 kids, only towels for 3. So much for their "Strive for 5*" motto on everyone's uniform. Left two messages on manager's voice mail, no call back.
Pros: Lot of space in the room
Cons: My sink get stopped up
Pros: I liked everything about everything was in the area that we needed and are family was also!

Pros: The hotel has lots of amenities. The weight room was nice. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: My room was strange. The bathroom was super old but the rest of the suite was new. The outlet in the bathroom kept blowing so I couldn't use it at all. The room had a musty smell to it. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. It was not bad but I expect a higher level of cleanliness at a hotel. I am pretty sure I have hot tub rash from the pool
Cons: A junior football team was there and the kids were running all over the place liked they owned the hotel. Parents did nothing and management did nothing. Not worth $135 as I had a much better experience downtown for $111.
Pros: Free cookies at the service desk! Great breakfast options. Wonderful bike/walking path only 5 min from the motel - loved that!
Cons: Very loud motorcycles were revving their engines for 10-15 min. right outside the motel entrance between 2 - 3 am on 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. Woke us up, but hotel staff said they had no idea what we were talking about!!
Pros: Very nice rooms, clean, solid breakfast

Pros: Was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The sink drained very slow and the tub drain cover was broken. The breakfast was alright but the plastic utensils were flimsy. They had biscuits and gravy but you couldn't cut the biscuits with the plastic knife or pierce them with the fork as they were flimsy and would bend.

Cons: Needs a hot tub in pool area
A more reasonable price breakfast for hotel guests
Pros: Location was great. Front desk staff was awesome!!!
Cons: Lights on the front of building shined in our room all night. Even with curtains drawn. House keeping did not leave towels 2 of the 4 days we stayed.
Pros: We were looking for a relatively nice and moderately priced hotel while on a last minute trip to Minneapolis from chicago for a long weekend. Not knowing anything about the city or the hotel in relation to everything, I booked The Minneapolis Blvd Hotel because it sat so close to a couple major freeways. Even though the hotel was a small trek from the sights, it was a very nice and very clean hotel. The stff was plesant and professional and the lobby was meticulous and styled very nicely. The rooms were nice sized, had great annenities and were also meticulously cleaned and invitingly warm and comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again because of my purly positive experience.
Pros: Team and management are working to improve this hotel that I guess use to be a luxurious hotel in the past.
Cons: Bathrooms need some refresh
Pros: Room service was excellent, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Pool was pretty dingy and there is no staff monitoring the pool, so a group of rambunctious kids played with minimal supervision for an extended period of time.

Pros: Breakfast we pretty good
Cons: My room smelled so strongly of cigarettes and when I complained I was told it wasn't possible because I was in a nonsmoking room .. like hello people break rules. I had my DND sign out and yet every morning someone was banging on my door!
Pros: Clean, remodelled, fridge
Pros: The breakfast and, the staff was friendly.
Cons: It wasn't the cleanest.
Pros: The location, and free breakfast.
Cons: It could be cleaner. They could make people clean up after their dogs.
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable, fairly new furnishings.
Cons: Check in was not as smooth as it should have been.
Pros: Room was ok.
Cons: Coffee tasted horrible. Virtually no sound-proofing between rooms, heard people making noise at all hours of the night. Hotel smelled of marijuana. Not a pleasant stay by any means, would not stay here again.

Cons: Parking lot a little dark.
Pros: decent breakfast
Cons: Basically run down floor coverings old and crappy
Pros: Breakfast area and food.

At Budget Host Inn Fridley, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Target Field and Basilica of Saint Mary. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: The management staff was completely unprofessional. The maid service was completely inadequate. Rest assured, I will never stay at a Days Inn again. Lesson very well learned.
Pros: Good location, easy access to north part of town, quiet, continental breakfast is ok, relatively clean, internet was easy to get on, worked well, not terribly fast; morning desk person followed me upstairs when my key wasn't working to make sure I got in
Cons: Easy to miss entrance, old and rundown, caters to truckers, front desk staff had trouble checking me in with Kayak res, announced my room number out loud, said it was company policy when I objected; no elevator, smoking rooms odor drifted around, old and tired bedding; staff tried to be friendly, but they do not cater to business professionals. I will stay elsewhere in the future.
Pros: It was a room
Cons: I have a bad knee and I could only get a 2nd floor room with no elevator. Had to drag my bags up the stairs. No ice or soda on 2nd floor. Asked for ice via phone and they brought me a small baggie with a few ice cubes. Second day the key wouldn't work. Had to call the hotel on my cell phone as there was no one at the front desk. It was a real struggle to get into the chair at the desk due to very little space between the desk and the bed.
Cons: The Bedrooms look old, not very modern or nice
not very quiet, trucks were outside our window in the morning

Pros: Breakfast was okay
Cons: Exercise facilities was a joke. Stair stepper kept coming loose as I was using it. And treadmill would catch and I couldn't use it

Pros: The best thing I liked about this hotel was the fact that all the rooms hv a kitchenette.
Cons: I didn't like that I had to get the dishes at the front desk instead of the kichen being ready to go.
Pros: The BEST thing I liked was the manager, ! She was like a breath of fresh air when it cgfomes to customer service. She was extremely helpful and considerate, warm and welcoming.
Cons: She needs to get rid of her nasty attitude she has or get out of customer service jobs all together. Because bad customer service can break a company and good can make a company. She really makes the company look bad by her 'standoffish' ways.
Cons: Parking lot and entrance filled with smokers and hundreds of cigarette butts. Non guests hanging around and camping around parking lot area.
Pros: easy access trying to get away from there so bad of service, but great location for guest arriving into town for family or business
Cons: Stay there 5 nights room was never cleaned had to bring my dirty laundry to service desk to even get clean laundry🤔, staff not friendly and smoke out front. Need to for staff and get staff that care about customers service and people on vacation t
Pros: Pets were allowed for minimal fee.
Cons: The grounds surrounding the hotel were disgusting. It felt unsafe to be able to let my dog out in the grass.
Pros: The staff was friendly, until I called at 11:24 am on 5/26/17 and the young lady hung up on me and my credit card company.
Pros: The only reason I stayed here was because it was closer to my family. I came for a funeral.
Cons: I did not like the fact that there's no one at the desk to help you at night. People were waiting outside unsure of how to get in to check in.. We let them in. There should be someone behind the desk at all times looking to be be of service and not asleep
Cons: Not clean, very poor breakfast
Pros: IT FEELS MORE LIKE A HOME.
Cons: NO. I STAY HERE ALL THE TIME ITS LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
Pros: The hotel night staff are very self centered and lazy
Pros: The room had a homey feel! It's smelt awesome and looked great ! The staff could have been a little nicer but other then that no complaints!
Cons: Not really !
Extended Stay America - Minneapolis - Brooklyn Center puts you within a 15-minute drive of Target Field and Basilica of Saint Mary. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6 AM and 9:30 AM. Rooms feature kitchens and flat-screen TVs.
Cons: Room was dirty. Tough area due to security concerns.
Pros: Nothing. Experienced the worst customer service ever.
Cons: Had to wait 1 hour for check in. Was not allowed to Check in as one of the members (out of three member's) had a copy of the passport. No way to contact the manager and the person at the reception desk was very rude. had to call the company to cancel our reservation. Will never ever stay in this hotel.
Motel 6 Minneapolis - Brooklyn Center has easy access from the freeway. Located conveniently near the Metrodome and Target Field. Features include guest laundry and WiFi available in all modern rooms for $2.99 per 24 hours.
Pros: Nothing. Needs were uncomfortable. Then my stay turned into a nightmare.
Cons: The staff checked me in after giving my non-refundable booking confirmation number. Then in the morning they called me and told me that the room had not been paid. The manager asked me for my credit card to verify if the numbers were correct. I obliged him and asked him not to swipe my card again while I was on hold to get my online non refundable prepaid receipt faxed over. While on hold the jerk working overnight swiped my card, just after I handed it to him. I then told them that I just asked they not do that until the receipt faxed over and to immediately give me my card back. He refused. This guy proceeded to refuse to give me my card, then explain to me that even though he swiped it he wasn't billing me. Then, my stay got worse. This jerk threated go call the cops when I demanded my card back. Neither the night clerk, nor the day manager would return my card. Since they swiped it, I hung up calling the online booking company and canceled my card as stolen so these guys would not be able to double bill me. Then these jerks called the cops. The night clerk then told the cops that when I walked away to cancel my card that he tried to swipe it for $70, $60, $50, $40, & $30. Thank God I cancelled my card. The cops told them that no crime had been committed and thankfully the officers were nice to me. They forced him to return me my already cancelled card. Needless to say, this isn't my first bad experience at this hotel, but I sure will be my last.
