Nothing we can think off. This is our regular Marriott Courtyard we stay whenever we come to San Jose. It is the best!

Pros (+) Airport shuttle. Decent on site restaurant.
Cons (-) Room was exceptionally drafty. Work chair and desk uncomfortable to sit at. Location compared to other hotels in that area is poor - back in an industrial park amidst roads in various states of construction. Overall the entire building felt old and in need of an overhaul.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, clean room, pool looked nice (too cool to swim).
Cons (-) Not the nicest location, not much in the area although close enough to the airport. Pretty noisy heater in the room.

Pros (+) Everyone was very kind and professional.Room was clean with a modern decor. Will stay here again.
Cons (-) The lobby was clean and nice.... But the fragrance from some sort of deodorizer was obnoxiously strong smelt an Abercrombie & Fitch store. If your sensitive to fragrance avoid the lobby. Our room was also strong smelling but we opened window and it was fine in just a little while.

Pros (+) The breakfast was bomb af and they gave us a late checkout which was so clutch. The Sheraton is where its at!
Cons (-) I didnt like how hard it was raining but theres nothing the hotel can do about that.

Pros (+) I was very please with the easy check in and check out process. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable. The pool area was very clean and my family enjoyed night swimming as the pool was heated. It's near shopping and eating and the parking was easy.
Cons (-) The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the airconditioner. It's so close to one of the beds that the air is blowing on you the entire night.

Cons (-) Requested early check in and rooms close together for our group. We were late for our function due to late check in because of hotel and weren't even given rooms on the same floor as our friends. Staff said they were giving us an upgrade for our inconvenience and didn't. We were very disappointed in their failure to accommodate our only two request!! For that reason, we will not stay at the Sherat...
