Pros (+) Quite hotel even on a Saturday night. Everything in the room was clean and worked. Definitely will stay here again. I didn't have breakfast so no review.
Cons (-) Maybe just an update especially in the hallways showing it's age and ware and tear. But still a great place to stay.

Pros (+) Nice proximity to downtown and food/shopping. Freeway access was good.
Cons (-) The hotel was pretty run down, lots of little thinks broken or damaged around the room and hotel. It's funny how there is another Extended Stay right next door and their place is in great shape. Stayed there many times. This place is fine for the price but keep your expectations low.

Cons (-) Room was dirty, the kitchen was completely empty only thing in the kitchen was a moldy dirty pan. No one answered the phone at the front desk, there is not an ice machine on property and the price was ridiculous for what you got. This hotel should be removed from any on line booking site. It is a complete "DUMP".

Cons (-) Non-smoking room smelled very smokey. Room was filthy in terms of dust. Light fixtures dirty. Huge dust bunnies under bed. Dental pick and syrup left by another visitor was underneath shelf in bathroom. What can I say...I would never recommend or chose this location again!!!!!

Pros (+) Reserved room, within an hour had to cancal do to work location change, still have not got my $100 back. Never again.!!

Cons (-) I had to wait from 1pm until 4:30pm in the lobby for my room to be ready. About 7 other people arrived around 3 and also had to wait/sleep in the lobby until rooms were available. Also I travel for business so I need a receipt to turn in. It's been 9 days, several emails later and still no receipt. Good price for the location but not worth the hassle.
