Spacious and open design is impressive. Hotel is bit old but elegant. Location is near airport but still takes 10 to 15 minutes to get there. Nothing around the Hotel but downtown is 15 to 20 minutes away.

Loved the proximity to the convention center, the history of the site, and the rooms in actual trains. The room was okay as I ended up having bad allergies - think the carpet needs cleaning. Also, experienced an ant problem in the bathroom coming from the cracks at the bottom of the tub. The staff were very responsive, nice, and hepful.

Pros (+) Location - some positive changes on the layout of the pub space Just like real estate LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
Cons (-) The staff need to take more ownership. I understand that COVID is got all of us stir crazy but allowing guest to be in the lobby and in public space until 130-2am talking loud is just for the birds especially allowing the kids to be as loud as they are

Pros (+) Liked the white sheets, quality linens in our two queen bed room. The queen bed rooms are bigger than the king size rooms. Rooms are quiet and well laid out. Very convenient. We got 2 sets of towels each day. Staff is very efficient and helpful. Courtesy bus was great but only went two mile radius. The banquet they did for our large group was outstanding quality.
Cons (-) The bar area was set up with too many tvs, so group conversation was limited.

Pros (+) The rooms were really nice - with a little spa package on the bed and everything! Do not be turned away by the entry into the building; the rooms are actually quite nice! I slept great even though we were right next to the airport! Not good for a light sleeper, but they include ear plugs in the bathroom.
Cons (-) Room service was decently priced - but would have liked to see more options for vegetarians and gluten free folks! This hotel is in desperate need of a nicer entryway!
