Pros (+) Location was perfect. We walked to restaurants and shops up and down the mall, museums blocks away and enjoyed an amazing skyline view.
Pros (+) The hotel itself and the room were nice
Cons (-) Don’t appreciate staff arguing with me about something that is clearly not in the room. Took over an hour to just get an omelette delivered to the room which after a bite had to be IMMEDIATELY spit out. Absolutely hideous. We will NEVER come back.
Pros (+) Attentive staff
Cons (-) Expected there to be a hot tub in the pool area
Pros (+) Room was outstanding. Everything worked. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was superb. There were a lot of outlets for electrical and usb charge stations next to bed.
Cons (-) The bar was comfortable and reasonably priced but could use an update.
Pros (+) Great time with very helpful staff. From the front desk to the valet parking, everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Pros (+) The pool.
Cons (-) Didn't get the room I reserved, didn't get the late check out I requested month in advance.
Pros (+) Excellent staff great location.
Pros (+) Great proximity to everything downtown, great service, ambiance, etc.
Cons (-) Nothing!
