Cons (-) NO COLD WATER! Could not shower or brush my teeth. The staff was not helpful. At least I needed a pitcher of water so I could have a drink, brush my face and wash my teeth. No help...
Pros (+) Location and cleanliness were phenomenal. Free gouret coffee, ice cream, beer, and courtesy Tesla were really nice, unique touches.
Cons (-) Extremely helpful hotel staffs, very friendly people, room is clean, bathroom is amazing, love the Union Station lobby, and complimentary Tessa ride in the city. Will come back and stay with Crawford again!
