Cons (-) NO COLD WATER! Could not shower or brush my teeth. The staff was not helpful. At least I needed a pitcher of water so I could have a drink, brush my face and wash my teeth. No help...
Pros (+) Location and cleanliness were phenomenal. Free gouret coffee, ice cream, beer, and courtesy Tesla were really nice, unique touches.

Cons (-) Being a smoker, there really wasn't well established designated smoking areas so I got harassed a few times. But they were friendly and pointed me to a direction to smoke. Needless to say, I didn't smoke much. That was good.

Pros (+) Great location with easy walk and free buses around lower downtown. Hotel was lively and seemed a focal point for the area. Large sidewalk fountain outside for little kids (I didn't have mine with me).
