That was only after I went to the counter at 530p & demanded a room. Pros (+) Incredibly professional staff. The location was great, especially for touring downtown. Modern lobby area was inviting as well.
Cons (-) Facilities were outdated. Multiple power outlets that did not work which was inconvenient. Older model televisions seem like something that could be replaced in such a central hotel.

Pros (+) Location, location, location! Very comfortable beds, beautiful views of the city and mountains, good shower, great service.
Cons (-) Being nit picky, but the iHome is outdated, USB ports are only on one side of the bed, like I said I'm being nit picky, everything was great.
