They never cleaned the room once even after we asked them to. It was loud. The door didn’t lock well.
Cons. We chose the Westin for the pool. We were supposed the check in at 4p, but they weren’t able to get us into our room until nearly 6p. That was only after I went to the counter at 530p & demanded a room. They offered us a downgraded room that was ready immediately & when I declined, they were able to get us into a room that we paid for. We had evening plans, so the pool was out. We could have stayed in a comparable hotel with no pool for less money. Very disappointed.

Pros. Incredibly professional staff. The location was great, especially for touring downtown. Modern lobby area was inviting as well.
Cons. Facilities were outdated. Multiple power outlets that did not work which was inconvenient. Older model televisions seem like something that could be replaced in such a central hotel.
Pros. Location, location, location! Very comfortable beds, beautiful views of the city and mountains, good shower, great service.
Cons. Being nit picky, but the iHome is outdated, USB ports are only on one side of the bed, like I said I'm being nit picky, everything was great.
