Cons:

Vehicle was nice and clean and there weren’t any issues with the billing. The only complaint is when we got to the pickup location the office was locked and there was a sign stating they had to leave to assist another customer. I get that happens but we waited for over an hour along with several other customers. It was kind of a pain getting to the rental location from the airport but considering it was 1/3 of the price I would do it again.
