Pros:Staff was great at pick up. Vehicle was small an uncomfortable. Biggest problem is they are trying to bill me for more than 2x the rate I was quoted. I booked through Kayak, reservation confirmation came from Priceline, price was honored when I picked up the car and now they are trying to gouge me for a much higher fee. Seems super shady to me. I'm currently disputing the charge and they say it needs to be reviewed and will take 5-7 days. I'm very irritated about it. I only had the car 4 days and they are trying to charge more than $1200.Cons:Would have been satisfaction if they would honor the rate quoted.Reviewed Jun 21 2021

Okay but price changedPros:The car was good and I did not have any problems.Cons:When I reserved the car I took a great offer. The offer specified that I would receive a "compact car o better" for that price. When reserving it, I specified that I would arrive at 10am to pickup the car. For several reasons I arrived one hour late. When picking up the car, the clerk inform me, that since I arrived one hour late, they could not give me a compact car anymore and that they only have available a medium car and that I had to pay extra for it. "Notice that the offer specified compact car or better", for the same price. Anyway I paid because I was already late for my trip, but I am not sure if the offer should had been cancelled because I arrived late...Reviewed Oct 17 2016
