Pros:NothingCons:The car that i reserved being available. I was left stranded bc ur website showed cars avail to rent but when i got there they had no cars. Cost me 4 hours of my vacation time dealing with trying to get another car from another location. Not to mention the extra cost for the taxi to the next town car rental and the extra cost of the diff vehicle. Not happy at allReviewed Nov 19 2019

WIll never use Kayak again to book anything!!!!!!!Cons:THEY DID NOT HONOR OUR RESERVATION. THEY HAD NO CAR FOR US. WE WILL NEVER USE KAYAK AGAIN!!! THEY SAID YOUR SITE DIDN'T SHOW ACCURATE ACCOUNT OF WHAT THEY HAD AVAILABLE. THEY HAD 60 RESERVATIONS AND ONLY 30 CARS!!Reviewed Oct 3 2017
