We didn’t pick up our car, because my husband ended up with sepsis and was in the hospital. The reason I gave.Dollar only a mediocre radio is because I called the pick up site to tell them we would not be able to pick up our car, and they would not cancel our reservation, because it was made through you. That was frustrating, because we knew someone else might need that car, so I think you need to change your policy so that when people have a problem they can cancel we tried to cancel through you and found it almost impossible. Even our son who is a computer expert, had a difficult time finding how to communicate with you about canceling our car so not a good experience.Reviewed Oct 19 2025
