Pros:Car drop off and terminal are close
Pros:Nothing!
Cons:I was told I would have to wait until a vehicle was available. There were 10 people ahead of me on the wait list. All had reservations too. They estimated I would have to wait 2 hours. The person next to receive a car on the list had already been there 2 hours. I cancelled my reservation and rented from National. It cost me an additional $100 over the three days to rent from National. I could still be in Tampa waiting for my rental reservation to be fullfilled. Totally unacceptable! Tony
Cons:Stood in line for 45 minutes....4 agents working....these folks either didn't care or were not trained...all engaged their customer in lengthy discussions on something.....the line was long and did not move...we gave up and arranged other transportation. ....never ever never again will I use Kayak or Dollar ....
Pros:Fast check in and out, car was Right size and good mileage for gass

Cons:Waited over an hour to pick up the vehicle. Only had infini vehicles left. Way overpriced and nothing one person working at Tampa. Another finally came over to help. . Wheels were terrible and for what we paid it should have been very smooth it was not. Drop off was outrageous.
