Cons:We book the car through Kayak for a certain price, but when we got to the Alamo Car Center in Tampa, Alamo kept adding additional fees.

Cons:Upon pickup the woman assisting me inquired about upgrades, insurance, the typical add-ons. I denied each as I didn't require any of the extras she was asking about. Then, she said "just so you know, the gas is cheaper here at the airport" in a manner that she was letting me know. I thanked her for the information and then upon arriving at my destination, I looked at my bill and realized she had added a tank of gas onto the rental price. I guess her telling me about the tank of gas was actually her sneaking it onto my bill rather than just being helpful.

Pros:Both pick up & drop off very quick. Several cars per class to choose from, just pick the one you like best and off you go. On site car rental center tram system very convenient as well.

Pros:The customer service was amazing and was given a nice upgrade at a good price. We loved the new black sexy Tahoe we got to drive around to our run, bike race. It was clean, reliable and great on gas. The price was amazing for the vehicle we rented. Turning it in, so easy! There was nothing to complain about; perfect perfect business to work with for a rental.

Pros:I called the customer service to find out what time I needed to return the car. The told me the wrong time so that they could be charged for another day. Still waiting on the regional manager to return from vacation to get my money returned to my credit card.
