Pros:Good price and good customer service
Cons:The car was a little "run down" and definitely felt used.

Pros:Friendly counter staff, very accommodating, new car, perfect condition.
Pros:Easy to find.
Cons:All the rental car agencies had someone in the lot to return your car to, not Dollar. Found out from one of the other agencies that Hertz handles their returns, no sign telling us that, and then we found out we had to go into the airport terminal to make the return. Not very convenient.
Cons:I ordered a luxury car (Buick or similar) and I got a Honda Avalon. I got played for my money...
