Pros:Nice staff, with clean, well equipped cars. Good hours of operation.
Cons:Ended up paying a lot more than the quoted price. During the booking it said there were unlimited miles, but I was informed when picking up the car that a return airplane ticket was required for the unlimited mileage. Since I live locally and didn't have a ticket I was limited to 200 miles a day. I ended up going over my mileage and paid an extra 29 cents per mile. This was my first experience booking through Dollar, and it will be my last. Alamo and Enterprise have been my go-to places for the unlimited miles and hassle-free pick up and return, and will continue to be since the price I see for them has always been the price I paid. I also got charged an airport fee even though I didn't use the airport. Alamo and Enterprise waives the fee if you don't use the airport.
Cons:Upon checking my credit card account I discovered two charges from Dollar Rental Car. The first charge was for the three day rental which was correct ($45.21). The second charge was for $250. Although Dollar Rental has my email and nothing was said at the time of drop off I have no idea as why there is the additional charge. The car was returned on time with a full tank of gas. There were several scratches on the car at the time of pick up and they were noted on the rental receipt (#10138239) at the Jackson, Wyoming location.
Pros:Great vehicle and price. They were ready once I arrived and the drop off was without hassle.
Pros:Nice service, friendly shuttle from airport to town
Cons:No problems--seemed like huge jump up in price from regular car (Toyota corolla, which was fine) to AWD or SUV, which we might have needed in bad weather.
Pros:We are a couple on a 10 day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks. We requested a Toyota Camry or equivalent. We got a RAV4. The car was was excellent for our trip. Lots of room for our bags, backpacks,etc. Also good in the snowstorm on our drive from Yellowstone to Grant Teton. There was no wait for the van to and from Jackson airport. The car was ready when we arrived. The drop off was very smooth too. The bear spray rental was a plus. It saved us finding it in the park and remembering to return it.
Cons:The extra driver charge was $10 day. This seemed like a lot for a 10 day rental.
Pros:Pick up and drop off was super easy and fast, staff was friendly and helpful, car was very clean and super nice drive! Will definitely be renting from again, 10/10 would highly recommend!
Pros:The agent at the desk didn't pressure me to get unnecessary services like I've experienced at other Dollar rental locations. As a bonus, we were able to drive away with a new Toyota Rav4, a car that I have been wanting to test drive for possible purchase anyway. Very nice little suv.
Cons:The downtown Jackson location is kind of a dumpy looking little building. But it got the job done. The airport shuttle was big, comfortable and could handle our skis just fine. The rental cars were clean and ready to go.

Pros:How they helped my time schedule to get me to airport on time. Also no problem changing the time following day when I screwed up my flight departure time. Car very clean
