All was great. I just don’t like how they try to scare you into getting the sunpass in Florida! And try to upsell everything. Annoying! All else was great! SUV was nice size and great on gas. Buick Envista!

Overall just fine. It rained and the car was very hard to see out of with water buildup on mirrors and rear window. Felt like the glass was dirty and holding water.

It was difficult to find where to return the car at the airport. Went to the counter to ask for help and Dollar employees couldn't care less. Employees from a different agency (Alamo) gave indications to find the exact location to return the car. The whole thing took so long that we ended up missing our flight.

Very good. One suggestion would be to emphasize when they leave to get the rental from the office make sure they understand that They must fill out the sheet of paper outlining nicks, dings and/or scrapes, no matter the time of night or day, BEFORE they get to the exit of the rental car place. That was just a little bit unclear to us.

I paid for a Ford Transit van or similar through Kayak, and at pickup was told that type of van would not be available to me. A Kia carnival was the largest van I was told in the category that I ordered. Clearly there is an issue in communication and transparency between the reservation process through Kayak and what Dollar claims is ordered. I wanted a large van to move luggage for a school field trip and was extremely dissatisfied that I did not receive what I had reserved.

Very good experience renting from Dollar in Birmingham, MI. They gave me an Equinox with about 14000 miles on it. The car was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would rent from them again
