Car was supposed to be ready for me when I got to the lot. I had to go to the counter. Rep informed me I could not use AAA and I had to buy roadside assistance at a significant uncharge. Return there was no service until a parking lot guy told me to just leave it after 15 minutes of waiting and told me they'd send a bill. It wasn't really great.

Took the reservation without telling us they had no cars available, and was told I had to wait at least 2-4 hours until they might get something in. Walked over to enterprise and got great service with a free upgrade right then and there.

Completely disappointing. When I arrived at the Dollar pick up spot, there was a long line Z. People said they had been waiting for more than an hour, and still only halfway through. I walked over to Budget. There was no one in line. Rented a car in minutes and was on my way, for $80 more. Good riddance to Dollar.

They did not have a van available at the time that we needed it and paid for it. We were forced to cram our five children and baggage into a smaller vehicle.

I always rent with dollar when I travel to Honduras, Their excellent service, professionalism and honesty is what has kept me coming back to them. I have never had an issue once I travel back to the U.S or they try to charge me more. I recommend Dollar car rental!
