Cons:Agent at the counter was excellent. However, I found it extremely difficult and time consuming to communicate over the phone. I must have been on for over a half hour. In my opinion it is terrible customer service when you go into the world of press 1 for this and press whatever for that. I tried to hit 0 to get an operator and it was impossible. Also, was transferred twice and couldn’t seem to find the right department. It would be much easier if you could talk to a human from the start.

Pros:The customer service representative was polite and tried to help us.
Cons:I had reserved an economy car for $133 but when we got to the counter we were told they had no economy cars so for that price all they had were 15 passenger van!!!! We had to pay $67 more for a car!!!!!!

Cons:My key broke with normal use in the ignition over 4 days and I was charged $300 for it!!! I will be disputing this.

Cons:There was a huge line at the counter, and a long wait to pick up my car. I was supposed to get a full size car but the only car they had left was a compact. Awful experience!

Cons:Franchise fee was added. The mobile oil was not changed. There was no water in wipers. Insurance rate was high. Extremely poor service. Difficult to locate car in the garage because no sign was posted. Over all, the service was poor, not comfortable in taking car on rent
