Even though I'd reserved a car a couple months in advance and already paid, they didn't have any cars available when I went to pick it up. We ended up using Uber all weekend because it was 2.5x as expensive to rent a car from another agency day of as what I'd originally spent.

Staff was nice, helpful, and quick. Explained everything to me, I signed the forms, and was off. Excellent experience, way easier than other companies I’ve used out of Seattle. I will be booking with Dollar again!

When I booked I ordered an all wheel drive, the rental collection desk tried to change to a rear wheel drive, but the big issue was they changed my drop off time from 6pm to 5pm even though I never asked them to, I dropped the car off at 5:10pm, only to be billed an extra $50.

They texted me the day of pick-up to inform car selected was not available and should cancel the reservation.

I never got to rent the car I drove 1 hour and half to get to the airport where I was then told I had to have a credit card which when i made the reservation yall let me use a debit and didn't inform me I had to have full coverage and on top of all that the employees were really rude about it embarrassed me and you put my money o. Hold and it still has not been.put back on my card
