Pros:The process was very smooth and the service professional
Pros:The car was on time
Cons:Not the car we order and not similar. We wanted 9 places came and we got 7 place car. The charge was 15 eu more. I would like to file a complain Erez Boozer
Pros:The Car was as large as could reasonably be driven in Italy
Cons:Way to many fees that were impossible to account for and the cost ended up being over twice what was quoted.
Pros:It was a good experience. Excellent price and good, new car! This was the best provider we found in order to travel Europe by car through 6 countries. We were allowed to pick up in one country and drop off in another country.

Cons:Car was not as represented to hold 7 passengers and 5 luggage. We had to rent a second car.
Pros:it was easy to return car --- just drop off and have the attendant gave us the receive with the returning time on it.

Cons:The car was filthy - seats stained, had half eaten food between seats, dirty plastic cups and used tissues int the car. It is clear the van had been used for commercial purposes, it was not fit to be used for a family vacation trip. I had to wait an hour for the car from when I arrived which made it clear it wasn’t ready and they tried to clean it a last minute, maybe even put the back chairs back in as the middle row wasn’t fitted well and the seats rocked a bit. Also the power outlet didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone for using as a GPS. It was very disappointing.
Cons:The garage was tight and it was quite annoying to get to the hertz designated area, partly due to poor signage
Pros:The car was new and clean. Ran well. No mechanical problems.
Cons:Not as large as advertised. We thought we were getting a Ford Focus wagon. More space for luggage and people. Drop off was at a hotel. Drove around Rome for an hour and three phone calls before it was clear were to drop the car. No explanation about Italian driving...would have been helpful.
